Lathe Manufacturing Process

Universal lathes work on the principle of rotation, or to put it another way, they are machines that use rotation of the workpiece to perform various operations such as cutting, material removal, drilling, notching, etc.
The main task of turning machines is to remove (take away) material from the workpiece to give it the desired shape. Milling machines work on a similar principle, but the difference between them and turning machines is that in turning machines the material being machined (turned) is “fed” and rotated against the tool that is machining the workpiece.
At “AQ Electric” we can process blanks with overall dimensions Ø400, L-1000.
