Poweder coating

Powder coating is one of the most environmentally friendly and efficient methods for applying anti-corrosion coatings on metal surfaces. The process uses electrostatic attraction, where grounded parts attract the charged powder, which is then baked to create a durable finish. 

Equipment and Process: 

Our company operates two powder coating lines, one of which is fully automated. The equipment is provided by the leading manufacturer Wagner, and part preparation is carried out using products from Chemetall GmbH, a leader in the chemical industry. 

• Infrared oven for pre-baking parts, optimizing the entire process. 

• We can process parts with the following dimensions: 

• Length: up to 3000 mm 

• Width: up to 800 mm 

• Height: up to 1500 mm

• For indoor and outdoor applications 

• Special effect coatings
