Shotblasting is a critical step in ensuring high-quality anti-corrosion protection. One of the most effective methods for preparing metal surfaces is blasting. This process uses abrasive material under pressure to remove scale, rust, and old coatings, while simultaneously creating surface roughness (micro-texturing), which is essential for optimal adhesion of subsequent coatings. 

Key Characteristics of Blasting: 

• Suitable for parts with a thickness greater than 3 mm 

• Guarantees better coating adhesion and increased durability 

Our Equipment: 

Our company operates three separate blasting chambers, ensuring high efficiency and precision in processing different types of metals: 

1. Chamber for black metals (dimensions: 4m x 3m) 

• Abrasive used: steel shot 

1. Chamber for stainless steel and aluminum (same dimensions) 

• Abrasive used: glass beads 

1. Automatic chamber for parts up to 1.60 m in height and 1.20 m in width 

• Suitable for smaller parts and ensures high-speed processing
